Executive Chef, Bar Miller

James Dumapit is the Executive Chef of Bar Miller, the omakase restaurant from the team behind acclaimed sushi restaurant Rosella, with an emphasis on locally sourced, sustainable fish and seasonal ingredients. James started his culinary career at Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant Uchi, in Austin, Texas, where he met Jeff Miller, co-owner of Rosella. James then was on the opening team as Chef de Cuisine at Loro, an Asian smokehouse and bar in Austin, where he developed the menu. He also spent time in the kitchens at Bufalina and Suerte, before moving to New York in 2021 to join the Rosella team with co-owners Jeff and TJ Provenzano. Rosella Bar Miller is the natural progression from what James and the team started together at Rosella, and will offer an omakase experience that showcases sashimi, nigiri, toasts, and desserts, adapted from a traditional Japanese model to focus on locality, sustainability, and full utilization.

Sarah Fennel is the baker, photographer, and recipe developer behind the incredibly popular Broma Bakery, the social and digital platform founded in 2010 with nearly 2.3 million followers across Instagram and TikTok. Sarah, a self-taught baker from Boston, MA, started her highly visual blog Broma Bakery in 2010, combining her love of photography and insatiable sweet tooth. For more than a decade, Broma Bakery has garnered a massive, loyal following with recipes ranging from classic cookies and cakes to unique brownies, playful pies, and indulgent ice creams, as well as recipes rooted in nostalgic Americana desserts with a modern twist like blueberry muffin cookies, tiramisu layer cake, and fluffernutter blondies.

Sarah is also the founder of Foodtography School, a collection of courses and digital products sold to over 12,000 food bloggers, photographers, influencers, and small business owners. Sarah's debut cookbook is titled "Sweet Tooth: 100 Desserts to Save Room For (A Baking Book)."

It's Me, Margarita."

Michael Lomonaco is one of the executive chefs of Porter House, the iconic American steakhouse and restaurant located in New York City. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Chef Lomonaco rose to fame as the chef of legendary restaurants like Le Cirque, 21 Club before opening his first restaurant Windows of the World atop the original World Trade Center. He opened Porter House in 2006, and nearly 20 years later, it's consistently named among the best steakhouses and most loved restaurants in the city.
