For more than six years, she's written consumer product guides, tutorial pieces, and listicles for several outlets, including TheCoolist, Exotic Gourmand, Tasting Table, and Chowhound. When she's not writing, you're likely to find Catherine either in the kitchen testing out new recipes or hanging out with her family while catching up on the latest episodes of "Hell's Kitchen" or "Chopped."
