  • She has obsessively read cookbooks since childhood and imagines each step of the process in almost cinematic detail.

Robyn was the quintessential English major, and for over a decade, she put her language skills to practical use as a teacher of adult EFL students in Asia. This adventure brought her back to the U.S., where she was in charge of a digital food and lifestyle magazine.

Robyn earned a bachelor's in English with a concentration in creative writing from the University of North Texas and a master's in teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) from Western Carolina University.
