Demi's love for cooking and baking stems from his Nigerian heritage, where adequate use of spices is required to please the elders. His professional career as a writer began in 2021, when he wrote for B-Side Magazine, one of Africa's most culturally relevant publications. Today, he has worked with several publications, including GUAP UK, Buzzfeed, We Got This Covered, and more. His author contributions, while vast, also include cuisine-related articles from all around the world, and he makes sure to try one new recipe every week.
