The 20 Best Pumpkin Spice Products Of 2026

Forget what the calendar says: Fall officially begins when the pumpkin spice latte drops. Though pumpkin spice itself has a long history, Starbucks popularized it into a cultural phenomenon, leading stores like Trader Joe's and Target to line their shelves with the flavor all season long. At this point it seems like every brand has a pumpkin-filled product in their lineup, going far beyond the lattes and cold brew that started it all.
Now, we can have pumpkin spice cookies, protein bars, and even artisanal cheese — but the question is, does everything benefit from the fall-forward flavor? To help navigate this year's bounty of pumpkin spice beyond what Starbucks has to offer, I tried dozens of pumpkin-filled products to narrow down the very best and came up with a definitive list of 20 best pumpkin spice products for 2026 (and a few runners-up).
Some recommendations are based on first-hand impressions of promotional materials and products provided by the manufacturer/distributor/etc.
1. Stok Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee
Stōk's Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew mimics the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Instead of a layer of strong vanilla cold brew and a layer of sweet pumpkin cold foam, though, it's made for on-the-go with both flavors mixed together into one creamy concoction.
It's less sweet than the coffee shop's famous version, instead with a stronger, more bitter coffee flavor infused subtly with vanilla. That means it's versatile enough for black coffee lovers and creamer fanatics both to enjoy and is easily customizable, too. If you prefer your coffee as sweet as the Starbucks version, just add a splash of creamer or a layer of cold foam to enhance the fall flavors.
2. Chobani Pumpkin Spice Creamer
There's really no question about it: Chobani has hands-down the best creamer on the shelf right now. I often find flavored creamers to be too thin, bland, watery, or artificial, and Chobani manages to avoid every common pitfall.
Thick and creamy with a mild sweetness and no lingering aftertaste, its creamers are consistently the perfect addition to any coffee, and the pumpkin spice flavor is no different. The aroma smells like actual pumpkin pie and is gently spiced to match, without being overwhelmed by cinnamon or cloying sweetness. With a richness that makes an ordinary cup of coffee feel like something from a coffee shop, the Chobani Pumpkin Spice Creamer is a must-have in your pumpkin spice lineup this fall.
3. Dave's Killer Bread Pumpkin Spice Madness bagels
If the catchy name and quirky logo weren't enough to convince you, the brand's impressive list of nutrition facts might be the reason why you pick up a loaf of Dave's Killer Bread. Beyond being packed with whole grains, protein, and fiber, Dave's Killer Bread also has great flavor, landing itself at the top of our lists for both the best English muffins and best hamburger buns.
Dave's Killer Bread also sells limited-edition pumpkin spice bagels and, like its other breads, the bagels are a "killer" way to start the morning. Subtly sweet with pockets of cinnamon and brown sugar, the bagels taste authentic and homemade rather than artificial or full of preservatives. My only recommendation: Don't eat these untoasted and plain. Toast the bagels for maximum sugary sweetness, then load them up with pumpkin spice cream cheese for the best fall flavor.
4. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Spread
I never crave bagels, so it's big news when I wake up wanting one toasted and smeared with layers of soft cream cheese. Though the aforementioned pumpkin spice bagels were part of it, this spread is the true reason I ate bagels for breakfast every day for weeks, even sending my fiancé out for more after we exhausted our Dave's supply.
Trader Joe's Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread perfectly balances the sweetness of pumpkin spice so that the cream cheese is mild, tangy, and well-spiced with plenty of flavor. The spread stops just short of being a dessert, instead complementing a variety of breakfast breads with just the right amount of sweetness. It's delicious on bagels, toast, English muffins, and waffles, but is versatile enough to be whipped into a frosting for cupcakes, too. The perfect creamy addition to breakfast for just a few dollars, this cream cheese is a must-have this fall.
5. Good Culture Pumpkin Spice Cottage Cheese
Lately, it seems like everything has added protein, but one of the best ways to get more of it is to use naturally high-protein ingredients like cottage cheese in your cooking. Creamy, tangy, and surprisingly versatile, cottage cheese is used often for savory recipes but makes an equally good base for sweeter treats, too. That's why Good Culture's Pumpkin Spice Cottage Cheese works so well: It's tangy, mildly salty, and textural, with just enough sweet, cinnamony pumpkin flavor to balance its savory qualities.
The result is a little more complex than your typical pumpkin-flavored yogurt, pairing especially well with spiced granola, warm stewed apples, and toasted pumpkin spice bagels. It's an easy and interesting way to make breakfast feel a little more seasonal while still getting the filling benefits of cottage cheese.
6. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Overnight Oats
I'm not a huge fan of oatmeal — it's a texture thing — and I find it especially hard to eat in the mornings. I picked up Trader Joe's Pumpkin Overnight Oats, though, and was surprised by how easy these are to eat. Somehow both creamy and firm with a chewy bite, the oats are the perfect balance of texture.
The flavor is especially impressive, tasting like actual pumpkin purée more than anything else on the list. Warmly spiced and perfectly textured, I'd become an oatmeal person for this little container of overnight oats.
7. Pillsbury Grands! Pumpkin Spice Rolls
Pillsbury would have had to mess up this recipe extraordinarily for its Pumpkin Spice Rolls to be bad. Thankfully, the brand instead made one of the best pumpkin spice products of the year. I'll admit that Pillsbury cinnamon rolls can sometimes be hard, sugary, and dense compared to homemade; the Grands, though, are as close as it gets to perfect, bakery-style cinnamon rolls.
The addition of pumpkin spice makes these even better; the mild sweetness of pumpkin spice perfectly complements the warm cinnamon in the rolls. These and a cup of warm coffee are the perfect way to start a cozy fall morning full of pumpkin spice flavor.
8. Sunbelt Bakery Pumpkin Spice Granola Bars
I usually find granola bars dry, bland, and boring, so I almost always choose something else to bring on hikes or take to work with me. I fully expected the Sunbelt Bakery Pumpkin Spice Granola Bars to be as lackluster as any granola bar, but I was completely wrong: They're actually so good that I crave them during the day.
The granola is crunchy, but the bar is moist; the pumpkin is prominent but not overwhelming, and the sweetness is just enough to feel like a treat without tasting like added sugar. This is a pumpkin spice product I'm happy to recommend for midday snacking, especially for those perfectly fall days when you're on the go.
9. RXBAR Pumpkin Spice Protein Bar
If I had to pick a favorite out of this lineup, it would have to be the pumpkin spice protein bar from RXBAR. The brand offers some of the best protein bars you can buy to fuel your day because they each have a distinctly chewy texture and fresh flavor from all-natural ingredients. There isn't anything artificial about these bars, which means they taste homemade and often have crunchy pieces of almonds, cashews, and nuts for added texture.
The pumpkin spice version is effortlessly amazing: The pumpkin, clove, and cinnamon all work in harmony with the dates, almonds, and cashews to produce a warm, spiced flavor that is neither overly sweet nor weirdly artificial. It's also the perfect balance between a salty snack and a sweet treat, meaning it can be eaten at any time of day for quick, flavorful fuel.
10. Sartori BellaVitano Pumpkin Spice Cheese
I know what you're thinking, but trust me on this one: Sartori's Pumpkin Spice BellaVitano cheese is good. Like anybody, I expected this cheese to be an off-putting mixture of sugary sweetness, cinnamon, and tangy cheese, but it is actually a subtle combination of pumpkin pie spices with what tastes like nutty Parmesan and buttery cheddar.
Almost like a gouda, this Wisconsin-made white cheese is super versatile and works on any fall-forward cheeseboard by giving it just a hint of pumpkin flavor without the characteristic sugary sweetness we usually associate with pumpkin pie. It's the perfect way to have pumpkin spice the savory way — so this one is for those who prefer things on the salty side.
11. Flipz Dunkin' Pumpkin Spice Donut Covered Pretzels
My fiancé was lucky enough to try every single pumpkin spice product alongside me, and this was the only item that he insisted absolutely, positively be on the list. I was skeptical: The long, adjective-laden title suggested there may be too much going on in a small, bite-sized snack, and I feared it would result in a chalky, artificial flavor at best. Instead, it turns out my fiancé was right — Flipz Dunkin' Pumpkin Spice Donut Covered pretzels are the perfect balance of salty and sweet, with a milky, chocolatey quality and a lingering pumpkin aftertaste.
Though I feared the donut description, it actually makes sense here. The malty flavor is not quite that of chocolate nor of purely pumpkin spice. These would be the perfect snack to put out at a party for guests to snack on alongside autumnal apple cider mixed drinks.
12. Favorite Day Frozen Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Bites
I noticed these little bites last year while browsing Target's pumpkin spice aisles and was overjoyed to discover them in the lineup again this year. Favorite Day Gourmet's Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Bites are small, 1-inch balls made up of a creamy pumpkin ice cream covered in dark chocolate, which can be plucked and eaten straight from the freezer.
The pumpkin flavor is one of the strongest on the list and is perfectly complemented by the rich chocolate, resulting in an impressively artisanal dessert. For the best results, let these soften for two to three minutes at room temperature before serving so that the ice cream is creamy and easier to eat.
13. Little Debbie Fall Pumpkin Spice Rolls
Little Debbie is kind of the king (or queen) of on-the-go desserts, and fall is the time for the brand to boast its best products. One of four Little Debbie items on the list, the Pumpkin Spice Rolls are an easy inclusion in my top pumpkin spice products.
Soft and spongy with a swirl of cream throughout, the palm-sized dessert is a miniature version of the pumpkin log cakes often found in bakeries or at grocery stores around this time of the year. Nostalgic and easy to eat, these are the perfect on-the-go snack for pumpkin loaf lovers who want to have their cake and eat it, too.
14. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Mini Sheet Cake
Trader Joe's has a lineup of tiny quarter-sized sheet cakes that rotate seasonally with new flavors. Since the carrot cake sheet cake is ranked as one of the best Trader Joe's sheet cakes, it was pretty easy to guess that pumpkin would follow suit.
Trader Joe's pumpkin spice mini sheet cake is a mildly sweet, more spiced version of carrot cake. It's similarly moist with a spongy crumb topped with sweet and tangy cream cheese frosting. There are a few Trader Joe's sheet cakes I've tried that aren't nearly as soft, moist, and flavorful as the pumpkin spice, which likely retains more moisture from the pumpkin puree in the batter. A great fall treat that can be cut into squares and shared, this sheet cake is easily one of the best pumpkin spice products on shelves this year.
15. Little Debbie Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Creme Pies
Whichever genius at Little Debbie thought of this combination deserves a raise. Oatmeal creme pies are definitively Little Debbie's most well-known product, being the very first snack introduced by McKee Foods in 1960 and invented by O.D. McKee himself all the way back in 1935.
The snack is ordinarily composed of two ultra-soft oatmeal cookies sandwiching a thick layer of fluffy vanilla creme filling, but Little Debbie's Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Creme Pie is a fall-forward version featuring pumpkin spice-flavored creme instead. The pumpkin creme pairs excellently with the earthy oatmeal cookies, and the entire sandwich is a soft and chewy delight.
16. Little Debbie Pumpkin Spice Muffins
I'm not sure about you, but when I was a kid, nothing made me happier than getting my hands on a packet of soft, sweet Little Bites Chocolate Chip Muffins. Little Debbie perfectly recreates my favorite childhood snack with these muffins, but instead of vanilla and chocolate chips, the brand's Pumpkin Spice Mini Muffins are a warm and comforting pumpkin spice.
Perfect bite-sized pieces with that same super-moist, fluffy crumb, these are a must-have snack for breakfasts on-the-go or after-school treats. The only thing that could make them better, of course, would be a generous sprinkling of mini chocolate chips.
17. Tate's Bake Shop Pumpkin Spice Cookies with White Chocolate Chips
Tate's Bake Shop sells artisanal, high-quality cookies that taste just like the cookies my mom makes for Christmas. These aren't your typical bakery-style cookies — instead, they are wafer-thin and baked until crispy and crunchy.
Tate's Pumpkin Spice with White Chocolate Chips cookies are a little different than other pumpkin spice products on this list, with a more pronounced ginger flavor than pumpkin or cinnamon. Similar to a gingersnap but with a mild, earthy sweetness, these cookies are perfect for those who like their sweets on the crispy side. Warmed up, the white chocolate morsels come to life as pops of sweet and nutty flavor, which is the perfect complement to the crispy, crunchy pumpkin spice cookie (which is especially delicious dipped in milk).
18. Samuel Adams Jack-O Pumpkin Ale
Samuel Adams Jack-O Pumpkin Ale is a light and easy-to-drink beer, which, when I first tasted it, I had confused for bland and uninteresting. Not so: The pumpkin spice is definitely there, with mild notes of pumpkin and warm baking spices, but neither dominates the beer or makes it overly sweet. Its mild, light flavor is exactly what makes it a good sipper for transitioning between heavier ales and stouts, offering a welcome reprieve from the higher ABV and pronounced sweetness of more full-bodied pumpkin beers.
Rather than tasting purely like pumpkin pie in a pint glass, Jack-O brings just enough pumpkin spice to feel distinctly seasonal while remaining crisp and approachable. It's an especially good choice for fall without feeling heavy or full and pairs easily with whatever you're grilling up for football Sundays (or Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays).
19. Southern Tier Brewing Pumking
I'd be doing a disservice to both you as a reader and to my fellow Midwestern-East Coasters to leave this beer off of the list. Pumking, an imperial ale brewed by New York's Southern Tier Brewery, is what our household considers the ultimate pumpkin beer.
So many brands insist their beers, coffees, and teas truly taste like a "pumpkin pie in a glass," but none are quite as spot-on as Pumking. Sweet with a distinct pumpkin flavor and notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla, this is the beer you can't start fall without. Plus, it has a high 8.6% ABV to sweeten the deal (which is why that Samuel Adams Jack-O is so nice to have on hand).
20. Elysian Night Owl and Great Pumpkin Imperial Ale
Elysian Brewing introduced the world's very first imperial pumpkin ale with the Great Pumpkin, a rich and medium-bodied ale with a forward flavor profile of fall spices. An imperial is a beer that has been brewed with doubled hops or malts to be richer, bolder, and higher in ABV than standard ales, which is evident in its especially malty flavor. Great Pumpkin is the beer to get if you like the deep richness of stouts and porters, while Night Owl may be the better choice if you simply want a solid pumpkin spice beer.
Night Owl, a lightly-hoppy pumpkin ale brewed with real pumpkin, is the beer to get if you want something in between the light and mild Samuel Adams Jack-O and the heavier, higher ABV imperials like Great Pumpkin or Pumking. Spiced with nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice, Night Owl tastes exactly as it's described: like fall in a glass.
The runners-up
While they weren't nearly as creamy or flavorful as Chobani, both Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Creamer and International Delight Pumpkin Spice Creamer were versions that also made my coffees warmly spiced with fall flavor. Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice protein drink tasted just like if milk was flavored with pumpkin pie, which was tasty but not something I'd personally buy again.
The Sweet Lorens Pumpkin Spice Gluten Free Cookie Dough is a great option for those with dietary restrictions, but being small and a bit overly chewy, are ultimately not the best baked cookie. I wanted to love IQ Bar Pumpkin Spice Protein Bar and IQ Joe Pumpkin Spice Instant Coffee, but both had aftertastes I found unpleasant and ultimately fell short of being the best of their categories. Lastly was the Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Bark, which I loved for its salty crunch but ultimately thought was a touch too chocolatey to buy again.
Methodology
Prioritizing new and interesting products for this year's lineup, I chose to feature a variety of categories, choosing creamer, coffee, breakfast items, snacks, desserts, and beers. The best products needed to not only taste like pumpkin spice, but had to be natural and pleasant without any artificial flavor or cloying sweetness. I tested all products according to package directions, using the recommended serving size for creamers and spreads and toasting bagels or cookies where recommended.
