  • Lauren's interest in cooking (and wine) is inspired by her parents' love of Italian cuisine, and she learned the recipes she considers her specialties from them, including homemade pasta, pesto, and marinara. While she's definitely more of a savory person, she enjoys baking and shares that interest with her mom.

Experience

After briefly dabbling in the financial world, Lauren decided to embark on a career that caters to her creative side. She got her start as a copywriter, snagging gigs creating Amazon product descriptions on Upwork to gain experience. She writes multiple blogs on Substack, most notably her cooking blog, "Kitchen Adventures." She occasionally posts on Medium, typically covering topics like lifestyle and mental health when she's not in the kitchen perfecting recipes or researching techniques to make the perfect caramelized onions.

Education

Lauren completed the Comprehensive Copywriting Academy in 2023 and earned a certificate of completion for Word Tonic's Become a Copywriter course in 2025.
