  • She was formerly on the content team for YouTuber Drew Binsky, the youngest person to travel to every country in the world, where she learned about all of the different ways people eat and drink across cultures.

Experience

Emma Riva began her career in journalism writing about graffiti and street art in New York. She dove into writing about culinary topics through working at TABLE Magazine, where fell in love specifically with writing about wine. Her work appears in both local and national publications including Artforum, The Art Newspaper, Whitehot Magazine, and Pittsburgh City Paper. She is also the founder of Petrichor, Pittsburgh's first local art magazine.

Education

Emma has a degree in Literary Studies from The New School, where she graduated with honors. She also have a WSET Level 1 Award in Wines from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
