Whitney has dedicated the last five years to working as a certified nutritionist, helping others adapt creative, simple, and sustainable eating habits. She has had the privilege of learning culinary skills, culture, and recipes while traveling internationally. While exploring new places, she always takes advantage of learning from the women tucked in their kitchens or behind their street carts preparing food each day. As a third-generational baker, she writes to inspire people to feel confident getting back into their kitchens.


Whitney is studying at BYU-Idaho and is a certified personal trainer, herbalist, and nutritionist.
