Hayes is a freelance writer whose appreciation for food and baking began with her obsession with "The Great British Baking Show," and grew into a passion for trying new recipes in her spare time. With a professional background in journalism, PR, and social media, Hayes has found a way to incorporate her personal interests with her professional experiences by writing about all-things food. Hayes currently lives in Boston, where she loves to try new restaurants and explore a diverse array of cuisines. She loves CrossFit, a good fiction book, and frozen cocktails.


Hayes earned her bachelor's degree from Boston University, where she majored in political science with a minor in sociology.
