Experience

Brandon is a freelance writer and editor based in northwest Washington. He's visited hundreds of breweries, restaurants, and trails across the Pacific Northwest while on assignment for REI Uncommon Path, Matador Network, Northwest Travel & Life, and other outlets. Those bylines eventually led to book deals, and today Brandon is the co-author of several guidebooks, including Lonely Planet's "Washington, Oregon & the Pacific Northwest."

Education

Brandon received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Western Washington University, with minors in international studies and humanities.
