Ingredients (1)

  • 1 pkg. angelhair or finely shredded cole slaw , 1 1/2 cups cooked pulled pork, 1/3 cup KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup chili sauce, 6 tblsp minced sweet onion, 1/4 cup diced tomato, 1 tblsp chopped jalapeno pepper or to taste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes or to taste, 1/2 cup shredded 4 blend Mexican cheese, 6 corn taco shells ( tortillas can also be used)

Great use for leftover BBQ. Quick to assemble. Chopped or minced items can be done the day before and taken to the game. Easy, easy, easy. And that is why I came up with it. ’Easy is my middle name. ’


  1. 1combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to mix well.
  2. 2Fill taco shells (or tortillas, if used, adding a tblsp of cheese and rolling )
  3. 3Top with a heaping tablespoon of cheese. Add more KC Masterpiece to garnish if desired.
