  • 9 meringue shells homemade or shop bought
  • rind 2 lemons juice of 1
  • 1 pt double cream
  • jar good lemon curd
  • serve with ammaretti biscs

a wonderful lemony creamy sort of ice-cream you can make in 10 mins . a firm favorite in our B/B

Instructions

  1. 1in a large bowl roughly break up meringues
  2. 2stir in remainders ingrediants
  3. 3spoon into plastic container or bowl and freeze
  4. 4when ready to serve microwave briefly to slightly soften it. put back in freezer whatever remains for the next time
