1Mix 7 oz. of ground beef and 1 oz. of ground pork. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make (1) 8 oz. pattie. Cook to your liking.
2Top burger with 2 slices of cheese (cheddar and swiss), 3 slices of bacon, sauteed onions, Spread garlic mayonaise on toasted sesame-seed bun. Serve with steak fries and pickle. Also serve with ketchup and extra garlic mayonaise.
