Ingredients (3)

  • sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 granny smith apple
  • 2-3 eggs

I was eating apples and cheese one morning for breakfast and I also wanted eggs.

Instructions

  1. 1cut apple in half and make semi-thin slices-throw into a warm, lightly buttered pan. Sprinkle on some cinnamon if you like.
  2. 2Once apples are slightly browned, toss in your eggs-flip-and then toss in desired amount of shredded/sliced cheddar cheese.
