Cayenne Craze crab and Artichoke dip:

Ingredients (9)

  • 1c. Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2c. grated parmesan
  • 2c. Artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 pound crab meat (back fin)
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1T. lemon Juice
  • 1T. Cayenne Craze, from
  • Parmesan and Parsley to garnish.

This recipe was inspired buy a need to spice up the crab and artichoke dips that I taste at every cocktail party, I wanted something different. FOr Fathers day I purchased the Artisan Rub 3 pack, I decided to add the Cayenne Craze Artisan BBQ rub, it has such a unique ingredient combination that I knew it would be amazing in this boring dip. Cayenne Craze WAS the answer, once you try this recipe you will never make another crab and artichoke dip again, you have to get the rub/rubs…, it will not only spice up this dish, it will spice up almost all you cook. If this gets good returns I have many more recipes using the iprobbq rubs, they are truelly unique and FABULOUS.


  1. 11. Preheat oven to 350
  2. 22. Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Place mixture in an 8-10in baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes-until golden brown and bubbling.
  3. 33. Top with parsley and serve with sliced baguette, pita chips, or crackers.
