Almond Butter and Apricot Jam on Sourdough

This AB&J is a slightly more refined version of the classic PB&J. If you are eating it right away, try it toasted so that the almond butter melts into the jam!

- 2 (1/2-inch-thick) slices sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons apricot jam
1Spread almond butter on one slice of bread and apricot jam on the other. Close the sandwich and enjoy!
