5 minute Teriyaki Chicken!

I’ve taken this from my favourite website SumoKitchen.com which is run by a good friend of mine. I love the recipe because it’s SO easy, and super fast – less than 5 minutes! Plus, it’s healthy, cheap and above all so delicious! Everyone loves teriyaki chicken, so have a go and don’t forget to visit sumokitchen.com for more of the same.

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the chicken into bite-sized portions, then add to a plastic bag and add a few tea spoons of potato starch and shake to cover the chicken well.
  2. 2Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  3. 3Fry the chicken in a little oil, then mop up the excess with a sheet of kitchen paper. Then add the sauce and fry gently until it becomes sticky and coats the chicken well.
