Zur - A message for Jim

As a well, never, poster to this site but loving it,I happened to read your article on the New Jersey International store.

You mentioned "Zur". It is Polish and used for making Zurek, the fermented rye flour soup. Put an appropriate amount of water in it and make. What completes it is cut up kielbasa and minced hard boiled egg with maybe green onions on top.
