Another Zoya question

I'm going this Thursday and can't wait because I don't have to take a cab to get there and there is only $6 corkage fee. Needless to say I am really looking forward to a neighborhood gem like this one.

My question is, has anyone tried the red wine poached salmon cake? It sounds delicious, but I'm not sure how the flavors come off. Is it a cake though with bredding etc? Or is that just a reference to the shape possibly.
