I went to the International Market on Union Ave. in San Jose yesterday to get hummus and discovered Abali Yogurt Soda, mint flavor or plain. It's fizzy, tart and refreshing. It reminds me of airag, which I drank in Mongolia. So first, I recommend it, and second, I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it and if they have any good ideas about things to do with it, ways to serve it.
BTW International Market is worth its own mention. All kinds of generally middle-eastern interesting stuff, plus great non-standard, down-home feel.
