Woody's BBQ

Chefdavis | Jun 10, 200306:54 AM

After shifting through hundreds of posts. I decided to go to Phillips BBQ. At 7:45 PM Phillips was closed so I was forced to go to Woody's to fulfill my craving.

I had the rib dinner (short ends) with the sauce on the side (hot). My friend had a combo with the mild sauce. The ribs were very good with a nice reddish hue from the smoke. Unfortunately no hot BBQ sauce, they had given me a baked beans instead (so now I had two).

The mild sauce was OK..... the sides were not impressive, although I didn't get the greens. Beef Link was very flavorful and the brisket average at best.

The ribs were good, but for $35.00 for two (included drinks) I was hoping for a bit more
