wing wan buffet

shoelace | Dec 27, 2009 08:47 PM

i had a really bizarre experience tonight at wing wan, and i wanted to know if anyone else had had anything similar recently

i went to the buffet with 3 kids, 10, 8 and 7, and they charged us 51.26? i was under the impression that for the kids, you pay their ages, and adults are 15.99, how does that turn into 51.26? did they start including tip or something?

i was there on a line in front of a bunch of people waiting to break their fasts, me among that group, and has very hungry neice and nephew, so when i questioned the bill and got a brush off, i really wasnt ready to start a fight

this is the nth in mant weird costomer service encounters ive had with them over the last year, moat recently, a couple of weeks ago, i purchased a bunch of large soups, they gave me the wrong soups (id ordered hot and sour, they gave me wonton) i didnt check the bag inside, bc i was rushing, but then noticed in the car that there wasnt a hot and sour smell, and walked bacg in, opened my bag there, and they still wouldnt change the soups, they basically accused me of having magically produced hot soups in my car or something

anyone else, or is it just me/
