Wine pairing herby pork?

I am serving a thyme/rosemary/dijon rubbed slow-roasted pork shoulder with roast acorn squash and a seriously delicious but weird sounding fresh brussel sprout and kale salad with a lime/coriander/mint dressing. I am looking for a wine suggestion... my instinct says either a crisp or a smokey white, but I am not good at pairing. If you have a specific vintner or bottle suggestion, I would love it :)
