Finally made it by...a very solid burger. The focus on local meat and produce was very positive, but better still was the focus on a thick patty that was not overcooked. The fries had great flavor but were not crisp. the folks that ran it were exceedingly nice. I will be back, and if it is slow and the cook is willing I'll explain double frying or the FFs. I am jazzed they are purportedly coming to downtown, where Roaring Fork has been the only place for good burgers during the day.
