Whey in bread recipe

I recently started making homemade yogurt and I have lots of leftover whey from draining it, so I want to use it in my next batch of bread this week. I know that whey has protein in it so I'm adjusting the bread recipe so it won't be tough from the added protein, but what i'm interested in is the bacterial culture from the yogurt. Will the yogurt culture in my whey compete with/kill/otherwise affect the yeast in my bread? Should I adjust the amount of yeast? And other special factors? Thank you so much all :)
