As per my other post... i am making bacon for burgers.. going to make some buns too.
thinking about what i should put in my burger.
I really enjoy the burger here in new york at peter luger.
It is not overseasoned .. not a meatloaf burger.. relatively simple..but Perhaps i taste some cogniac somewhere in there?
So in the vein of keeping it simple.. what do you suggest? I dont mind throwing a few things in there.. just nothing crazy.. want the meat to stand out here.
My toppings will be gruyere.. some roasted garlic aioli.. and some caram. onion. maybe some mushroom too.. maybe but that might be a big mouthful.
