Exiting Northgate shopping center a few days ago, I was offered a sample of an Almond Crunch pretzel when I passed by the stand. The nuts were not so crunchy. But the pretzel itself was pleasantly chewy, kind of a cross between a soft bread stick and a goy bagel, and not so sugary.

I did buy a lemonade for the drive. A medium was $3.95, plus tax, that seemed rather high to me. I'll have to tip the neighborhood kids who run a sidewalk lemonade stand more the next time.
