Stopped by the Weenie Shack on a recent CH rec.
They offer and promote Vienna Beef products (posters, umbrella's, signage). Looking at the menu they offer a Classic Skinless weenie for $3.25. The Natural Casing is $3.75. Chili on the chili dog ($4.75) was good and meaty. I was disappointed with the Vienna Beef Hot Polish sausage ($3.25), which I assumed was going to be a natural casing sausage, but it was a skinless Polish sausage with some heat similar to the Hebrew National Polish sausage you'd get at Costco. Add $2 to any dog and get a bag of chips and a fountain drink.
Today was their 4th day in business. Owners from what I gather are 2 brothers and a sister.

Canoga Park must be a hot bed for hot dogs. On Canoga Avenue I noticed The Stand, Flooky's and at Costco Canoga Park they're still serving Hebrew National hot dogs. In the refrigerated case you can buy the new Kirkland franks they will be serving at all Costco's eventually.
