Wedding, birthday, jazzfest, honeymoon

Thanks to the folks on the NO board for all the assistance and recommendations. Less than three weeks till our arrival and we are all set. We have made a bunch or reservation for our two week stay and many places are filling up fast. Looks like it going to be a record year for Jazzfest. We decided on the Maison Dupuy for our wedding as they were the most responsive and received many recommendations for their food and service. The prices are also very reasonable. Just saw that food list is posted for Jazzfest (nojazzfest.com) and many of my favorites have returned namely Cracklin’s and Duck Po Boy. I could go on for days about fest food. We decided on the following line up for dinners. Please share your thoughts.

K Paul’s
Jacques Imo’s
La Petite Grocery

Still a couple of open spots for dinner and lunch on Monday – Wednesday, red beans a must for Monday. I remember a white old building in the FQ that I had good read beans at but the name and location escape me (I guess old building in the FQ does not narrow it down at all). Coops is a must for us, and I hope I can get some jambalaya this trip (struck out twice last year, they were out). Looking forward to spending time in my favorite city, and thanks again for all the help.
