Filet of Boeuf w/summer veggies, balsamic gastrique
Cobrales Blue w/champagne grapes & Pistachio
Peach Tart w/blueberry sour ice cream/ choc almond tart w/ amaretto
Chef Michael really created a fantastic menu last night which at present is dinner of the year.
Lunch of the year is still Valentino's(Primi Menu)
