Walnut creek / Dublin itinerary

hyperbowler | May 11, 201410:43 PM     15

I'm gonna be housesitting in the East Bay and need some suggestion for 5 dinners out. The rules:

1. Dinner plans can only be in Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Dublin, or San Ramon.

2. No cuisine can repeat

3. Priority is something I can't get in SF, either a cuisine or dish-- I don't think any of my current picks reflect this.

Tentative itinerary is:
Weekend lunch at Koi palace (dim sum, Dublin)

Dinner at:
Sichuan house (Sichuan, walnut creek)
Kebab house (Persian, walnut creek)
Mixed grain (Korean, walnut creek)
Eleve (Vietnamese, walnut creek)
Pamir (afghan, Dublin)

Dessert:
Guanacos ice cream (walnut creek)

Keeping within a cuisine, anything I should swap for a different restaurant? Something I haven't thought of? For Russian, how does Babushka compare to Katia's in SF?
