Let me preface this by saying that I do realize that I'm a bonehead for going there the day after there was an article about it in the Globe. I had been planning for a few weeks to go there on my next trip to Framingham, which just happened to be today, unluckily. I was glad I had read previous posts or I never would have found it...not only is there no sign for the bakery on the plaza sign, there is no sign on the actual bakery either. I found it okay, though [thanks for tip on it being in the KFC plaza!]. But when I went in [this was around 1pm], there was not one loaf of bread to be found! Not one! They had, I believe, 4 varieties of cookies and some biscotti, but that was it. The woman at the register said they'd have some baguettes in 20 mins or so, but I didn't have time to wait. I bought a lovely brown sugar shortbread cookie for 50 cents and went on my way. So my advice to you is: before you make a special trip out there, you might want to call first! I'll definitely stop by again but only if I'm in the area. I don't know if it's just been super busy b/c of the Globe article or if this is how it always is.
