Vino Santo

We tried this little place on Broadway in the spot vacated by 2030. We had two risotto and a sea food combination. Everything was good, but nothing too exciting by way of flavors. The salmon was grilled and covered with tomatoes. The mussles were a nice accompanyment. The bean soup was workmanlike and the risotto was just ok except for the wonderful grilled shrimp that accompanied it. Chocolate mousse was fine but could have been smoother. Wine list was atrocious but the corkage was a modest $10. If 2030 could not make it in this spot, these guys have an uphill fight.
