Has anyone tried the new Viking Cookware now being produced by the Clipper Corporation? (Viking sold the rights to them.) I have several pieces of the old cookware that Viking had licensed with Demeyere in Belguim. It's 7 ply and it's a wonderful product. The new products are being produced in Indonesia. It is now 5 ply which makes me question if it is even near the quality...however, prices are similar to the old cookware. Any comments would be appreciated.
