Vietnamese snack of some sort >>> Dau or Dua ... Duh?

Today's mystery food from Saigon Sandwich. Can someone identify what this is .....

A little triangle wrapped in leaves. Looks like zhong zi. Feels soft like it is filled with yogurt. It is labeled simply "DAU" (with tonemes over the A and through the D).

There's a similar burrito looking item labeled DUA.

Do I eat this at room temperature?

Tried a search in google and Vietnamese online translator without luck. Food related translations I'm getting are mulberry, fish head, soybean, bean curd, withered grass and strawberry. I know it would be too much to hope for that this is strawberry something.

Any ideas? Have I stumped Chowhound? I'll give it a try tonight, but it would be nice to know what I'm eating. SS was swamped and it was not a good time to ask questions.
