What do I do with Vietnamese mint?

I bought a bundle of spearmint from the local Asian market yesterday and found a bunch of a mysterious leafy herb tucked into the back. It took a bit of researching, but I soon figured out it was Vietnamese mint, aka Vietnamese coriander, Vietnamese cilantro, or laksa leaf.

It has an intriguing taste and smell, but I am not quite sure what to do with it, and have had little luck looking for recipes online. Any delicious suggestions would be appreciated.
