I had one of the best restaurant meals ever at Vetri many, many years ago. I'm sure it's still fantastic but I am interested in opinions if I were to go again, would it hold up to my memories of when it was a new-ish hot spot?
Things I'm thinking about...has it lost focus on quality as the owner/chefs do other things? Have food styles moved forward the restaurant sticks too closely with what worked for it originally? (Recognizing that rustic Italian isn't trendy or ever-changing, but still...)
