A great aunt of mine used to make verenikas, and I wonder if anyone has a recipe--these were made with grated potatos, filled with pot cheese, and boiled--then fried--it was a time-consuming delicacy--but oh, were they good! (Forget the calories or the cholesterol) Anyone have the recipe? Thanks.
