upscale Southern fare in Memphis

Had a great dinner this this weekend at Felicia Suzanne's in Memphis. I had grillades and grits for a starter--the meat was wonderful seasoned and tender, the grits creamy, to die for. My main course was fried quail with mashed potatoes and greens--again, the taste was superb, the quail was crunky and tender, the potatoes great, the greens deeply flavored, a great contrast. Traditional fare at its contemporary best!
