What's your Unicorn pan?

mobiledynamics | Oct 21, 201902:01 PM     27

I recall Angelus started a top 3 pans of some sort. I have doubles/triples and then some of many that I'm pretty content with..

With the recent post of Betsys, reminds me, I need to stop hemming and hawing. My unicorn pan is probably going the same route as her, in 36cm cu/silver. The size is just a good balance on being slightly oversized on 1 hob. And it just barely will fit into a sink flat with maybe a inch or so overall all around for clearance. This will be my final splurge before I go the opposite route....still have gone to to the local markets to get some lightweight cookware. mums arthritis is kicking in pretty bad. Even a simple small glass duralex bowl for prep/condiments has slipped loose, causing a shatter.

So what's missing in your batterie.

There is 1 more thing missing in mind aside from the 36cm pot. A self cleaning kitchen ;-/
