I'm new here. Hoping I can get some quick help.
Today I prepared Alton Brown's turkey brine recipe. 4 quarts veggie stock, 1 cup salt, half cup brown sugar, and tbsp peppercorns.
I prepared it at about 11 am. I got busy and distracted and left it on the stove all day. Its now currently 745 pm. I'm wondering if it's safe to use.
I think it may be safe since it's salty brine, but would appreciate any input.
