anyone know what exotic dishes are in season right now.
are the codfish sperm sacs, halibut eggs, ikura, ankimo, etc.
also, i'd like to hear what you chowhounds believe to be the best sushi bars in LA.
my top three are:
1. restaurant katsu (studio city location)
(had a literally mind blowing omakase meal there last week, but that's for a future post)
2. sushi nozawa
