After watching many many episodes of Masterchef Australia and New Zealand I'm thinking I've been missing out on eating/making tropical food.
I'm not thinking of the screaming hot spicy dishes. More like using papaya and coconut milk and pineapple/mango etc.
Does anyone know of some good cook books specializing in tropical foods?
Any experts here make tropical foods?
I'm making my annual 'Spring/Summer' food lists to concentrate on. As I do for Fall/Winter foods.
Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
