out of towners staying downtown

15 colleagues will be in town looking for a Seattle experience. I hope some hounds will sniff the list I've got so far and let me know if there are items missing or just wrong. - thank you all

So far, my list says

Etta’s Seafood - at Pike place market, walkable from Pioneer square ~ 10 blocks
Very Seattle

Anthony’s restaurants - Bell St Diner and Pier 66 – on the waterfront, walkable
Almost as Seattle as Etta’s, if a little more

Monsoon (Vietnamese) (a mile or so inland – hikeable if you’re fit)
Not necessarily all that Seattle, but good, they say

Tamarind Tree (Provincial Vietnamese)
Not so spicy, and remarkably reasonable – a hikeable mile from Pioneer Square

Lark - very highly regarded locally (a mile or so inland – hikeable if you’re fit)

Seven Stars Pepper - - Szechuan - in Chinatown a hikeable mile from Pioneer Square
