I've looked at the skimpy postings for chow in Temecula and am prepared to settle.
Friends and I are staying in Idyllwild so Temecula and the wineries will be our locus. Anything even moderately chow-worthy? Anything? Bueller?
I love the Winchester Cheese Company and the old Dutch couple who run it and the mini Dutch snackshop attached.
I had a mediocre meal at Texas Lil's in old town Temecula.
Lastly, I had dessert at the seafood grotto in Pechanga casino.
There's gotta be something... a divey mexican place, a hidden Ugandan restaurant, something... anything?
