After checking into our hotel next to Tokyo Garden Terrace; with growling stomach, my wife and I met up with my foodie buddy - ex-hound Fourseason. He proceeded to take us to try out yakiniku Grade A5 black hair Wagyu beef at the above captioned place.
What an amazing selection of 'melt-in-the-mouth tender' cuts of world class beef!.....and that house special dipping sauce!...so tasty! Nothing like that here in Toronto. Even those simple looking Japanese pickled ' Kimchees ' were amazing.
Thanks to Fourseason's advance planning and reservation, we had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 'first day' meal. And since those are Wagyu A5 with poly-unsaturated fat, I don't even have to worry about my cholesterol! Ha!
Man! If this is the caliber of food we will be savoring, I cannot imagine what delight the coming week awaits us! Yummmm!
