Todai anyone?

I know how much we all like buffets, and especially chain buffets. My question is, what do folks think of Todai? It's an "upscale" Japanese buffet that is spreading east in the US from California. In particular I'm wondering abot the Ramen station -- is it authentic? It seemed pretty good when I tried it but with no experience in authentic ramen I was flying blind...

More generally, is there anythng at Todai that is really good or really to be avoided? Am I being unnecessarily squeamish when I avoid the sushi just because it's on a buffet? Also, is it worth going at dinnertime when they roll out the crab legs, or can you get most of the experience at lunch? (That is not just a question of "worth the money," as people have different ideas of the value of money -- I am asking, is the crab etc that comes out for dinner really good?)
