This is lovely. The color is a pale gold with tiny bubbles. The nose is yeasty and toasty. The palate is apple/nut/pastry, with clean acid on the finish. Had it for dinner with a homemade turkey pot pie. With this rich dish, the wine is refreshing, sensuous, with hazelnut and an almost peachy/berry note, I think from the predominant Pinot Noir. This is a very rich, complex wine.
