If not Tito's, then where do you eat hard-shelled tacos ....

I'm not sure if Tito's is great or terrible.

When I'm just in the mood for "tacos" I don't necessarily think of Tito's as my first choice. But sometimes I'm definitely in the mood for Tito's.

Part of Tito's is the simplicity. It's easy to order for a party at Tito's. You just figure out how many people you have, figure how many tacos per person and order. Get a few with cheese and some without. It's a simple menu (and I know there are other items that some like, but when party ordering, it's easier to stick to tacos.)

But part of it is the hard shelled taco. Almost every other "great" taco is a soft taco, the authentic, that's how they do it in Mexico taco. There are less "great" hard shelled tacos, IMO.

So, putting aside "authenticicy," where do you go for great hard shelled tacos? If not Tito's, then where do you crunch?
