At the same time, putting frozen fatty chuck beef with fresh cut fat from chuck roast in an oven

I was wondering if there are any detriments to combining frozen and fresh chuck roast fatty pieces (with some residual meat) at the same time into a 300 degree oven with some water in order to produce a broth? time isn't a problem.
